In an interview with an owner of an Ernie White house, an experience that took place during an inspection conducted by Ernie White was revealed.
During his inspection, Mr. White noticed one of the block walls was incorrect. Ernie approached the sub-contractor responsible for the wall and asked him to replace it. The sub-contractor refused. Ernie responded by taking a spray can and writing the sub-contractor’s name on the wall. If Ernie’s name was going to be associated with a house with a bad wall, the sub-contractor’s name would be there too. This action ended the argument and the wall was replaced.
